Here’s a little slideshow from Desert Meadows Park in Green Valley, Arizona. At this time of the year, nothing is blooming so the challenge is to find some color and shapes to shoot. ย The other fun thing from this shoot was just using one lens for the entire shoot. ย I was using my Canon 24mm-70mm f/2.8 lens. ย Enjoy! ย ๐
Here’s a nice little slideshow with some of my snaps from a recent trip to Arches National Park in Moab. Utah. To me this has always been a very spiritual place and there’s a calmness and serenity to being there! Enjoy!
I’ve been so busy this past year working on all kinds of video projects and really haven’t had time to get out and shoot some photos. It also didn’t help that Covid-19 reared it’s ugly head and put a bite into our leisure travels! Oh well! ๐
The Murray Baker Bridge in Peoria just finished some much needed repairs and was closed for a number of months while that construction was taking place. Besides the repairs to the bridge, LED accent lights have been added to the bridge and as you can see from the photo, it really has stepped up the game for the city of Peoria!
Tombstone, Az. really knows how to host an event! The Covid delayed Schieffelin Days that was supposed to have been held in April of this year finally happened on October 9th – 11th. As you can see from my video, there was fun for the whole family and if you’re in the area next spring of 2021, you can join us for a whole lot of fun!!! ๐
Here’s a great little video letting visitors know what activities will be happening at Schieffelin Days in Tombstone, Az. on October 9th, 10th and 11th of 2020. If you’re going to be in the area, make a trip to Tombstone and have a great time! ๐
Jan and I were out at the Tohono Chul gardens last week shooting some photos and it was our first time there. It’s a very nice botanical gardens and everything is really well thought out in the presentation and layout of the park! We had such a good time that we became members of the park!
Just outside of Bisbee, Az. is the old mining town of Lowell and it’s almost like a modern day ghost-town. They’ve restored some of the buildings and also have some old vehicles on the street and that’s a lot of fun! Here’s a couple of snaps that Jan and I got on our visit to Lowell! ๐
