It’s time for some football!

Monday morning greetings from the road once again!!!!

If it’s Monday, I must be back on the road and this week is going to be a good week!!!!!!

I had another great shoot last Saturday with my friends from Schutt Sports and football season is in the air indeed! We shot a new cover for the catalog and had three hunky young men in the studio to model as our football players  We shot a bunch of different ideas for the cover and it will be interesting to see which one Schutt Sports goes with!

Here’s one of my favorite snaps from the Saturday shoot!!!!!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a great week to come!!!!

Alfalfa

Monday morning Peoria greetings to all,

There’s a whole world of business that we never know about or hear about unless we’re in that specific business.

I was up in LaCrosse, Wi. for a shoot with Forage Genetics and this is one of those companies that you’ve probably never heard of unless you’re in the Alfalfa business. These people are the cat’s meow when it comes to genetics and Alfalfa!!! We were able to spend the day with them and to see what all goes on at a place like this is one of the best perks of my job. There are a lot of incredibly smart people that work at FG and as I told someone that day, “There’s a lot of big thinking going on here”!!!! Maybe some of those smarts could rub off on me!!!!!!!!

We had a great shoot and here’s some of the snaps from that day!!!!!!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a great week!!!!!!

City of Rocks State Park, N.M.

Monday morning Peoria greetings to all!!!!

One of the things that I like to do when I’m out visiting my folks in Southern New Mexico is to get out everyday and shoot some personal photography for myself! I’m having to go a little further and further from Las Cruces to find new places and this past week I found a new one that I’ll be visiting more now that I know that it’s there. City of Rocks State Park is a very interesting place and you have to seek it out, because it’s not on the way to anywhere! In some ways it reminds me of Ayres Rock in Australia because it’s this rock formation among the grass lands where nothing else is like that.

Here’s one of my patented “stitch” shots that is comprised of 62 individual shots combined to make one giant panoramic snap!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a great week to come!!!!!

Hatch Chile Festival

Labor Day Monday morning Las Cruces New Mexico greetings to all,

I’ve been out here visiting my folks in past years, but never gone to the Hatch Chile Festival. This time I made the trip up the road to Hatch, N.M. to check it out! The smell of roasting chiles was in the air and there were lots of people taking in the food and beverages. It’s a good time and I highly recommend it if you’re ever in Southern New Mexico for Labor Day weekend!

Thanks as always for checking out my snaps and I hope that you have a great rest of the week!
