Sunny Monday morning greetings to all!

It’s a short week with Thanksgiving on Thursday and I have a feeling that things are going to be very slow at a lot of places with people taking off early (or already gone)!

I was out last week freezing my butt off to try and get a shot of the new section of the Peoria Civic Center. As you can see, everything worked out great!

If you’re traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday, travel safe and make it back home in one piece!!!!!

Have a great Thanksgiving week!!!!!!

Thanksgiving is almost here!

Monday morning Peoria greetings to all!

I really can’t believe that a week from Thursday is Thanksgiving! Wow!!!! This year has just gone by at a frenetic pace and it seems like it was just a couple of weeks ago when I rode my bike out to New Mexico to see my folks. Of course that was over the 4th of July, so this year has rocketed by!

If you’re traveling this coming weekend for the Thanksgiving week, be safe and have a great time with family and friends!!!!

Thanks as always and have an outstanding week!!!!!!!

A tale of two cities!!!!!!

Peoria Monday 22 degree morning greetings to all,

Two Saturday’s ago, I was standing on the Banzai Pipeline Beach in Oahu shooting photos of surfers. It was 85 degrees and sunny! I was wearing a t-shirt and shorts! It was very nice!!!!!!!

This past Saturday I was in Dunlap, Illinois shooting pictures of a high school playoff football game. It was gloomy and 35 degrees (with the wind chill in the mid 20’s). I was wearing insulated coveralls, a hooded jacket, a sweatshirt and insulated boots! It was not so nice and I was freezing my butt off.

I want to go back to Hawaii!!!!!

Have a great week as always!!!!!

The last night in Hawaii, now it’s back to Illinois!

Monday morning greetings to all,

Good morning from O’Hare International Airport in Chicago and we’ve flown all night (and man our arms are tired) and are waiting for the plane back to Peoria this morning.

What a great time was had these past couple of weeks in Hawaii and now it’s back to work and that’s never a bad thing in my case! There will be lot’s of photos (200 plus gigabytes of photos) to look through, but it will be fun!

Here’s the last nights sunset from Honolulu, Waikiki, and Diamond Head!!!!!

I’m looking forward to coming back once again and I won’t wait thirty years to do so!!!!

Have a great week as always!!!

Kev

P.S. My Central Illinois friends can thank me for today’s 70 degree temps that I brought back from Hawaii! Aloha!!!!!!!!
