It’s that time of the year when the cactus are blooming and the flowers are just beautiful. These cactus only flower for one day, so if you miss it, you’ll have to wait one year to see it again! 🙂

Here’s what you missed if you weren’t in Tombstone, Arizona on April 17th and 18th, 2021 for the second annual Schieffelin Days! They will have the third annual Schieffelin Days in April of 2022, so mark your calendar and don’t miss all the fun!!! 🙂

It’s pretty rare for it to snow in Green Valley, but it will snow in the Santa Rita Mountains from time to time durning the winter. This past Tuesday was one of those days!

Here’s a little slideshow from Desert Meadows Park in Green Valley, Arizona. At this time of the year, nothing is blooming so the challenge is to find some color and shapes to shoot.  The other fun thing from this shoot was just using one lens for the entire shoot.  I was using my Canon 24mm-70mm f/2.8 lens.  Enjoy!  🙂
