Peoria, Illinois “City of Lights”

I’ve been so busy this past year working on all kinds of video projects and really haven’t had time to get out and shoot some photos. It also didn’t help that Covid-19 reared it’s ugly head and put a bite into our leisure travels! Oh well! 🙂

The Murray Baker Bridge in Peoria just finished some much needed repairs and was closed for a number of months while that construction was taking place. Besides the repairs to the bridge, LED accent lights have been added to the bridge and as you can see from the photo, it really has stepped up the game for the city of Peoria!

A great time was had by all in Tombstone, Az. at Schieffelin Days 2020!

Tombstone, Az. really knows how to host an event! The Covid delayed Schieffelin Days that was supposed to have been held in April of this year finally happened on October 9th – 11th. As you can see from my video, there was fun for the whole family and if you’re in the area next spring of 2021, you can join us for a whole lot of fun!!! 🙂

Tohono Chul

Jan and I were out at the Tohono Chul gardens last week shooting some photos and it was our first time there. It’s a very nice botanical gardens and everything is really well thought out in the presentation and layout of the park! We had such a good time that we became members of the park!

Here’s a couple of our snaps from Tohono Chul!

Lowell, Az.

Just outside of Bisbee, Az. is the old mining town of Lowell and it’s almost like a modern day ghost-town. They’ve restored some of the buildings and also have some old vehicles on the street and that’s a lot of fun! Here’s a couple of snaps that Jan and I got on our visit to Lowell! 🙂

Kinderdijk

I was in the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago for a gig and was able to swing by the UNESCO World Heritage site at Kinderdijk. The weather wasn’t as sunny as I would normally like to have to shoot a few photos, so I made the best of it!!! 🙂
