Residences at SOSC

Monday morning Peoria greetings to one and all!

Wow, it’s been busy! There is so much going on work-wise right now and it’s a great feeling! Most of this weekend was spent shooting or on the computer editing photos and video from the past week. It wasn’t too upsetting to be on the computer on Saturday with the weather being cold and rainy here in Central Illinois. Sunday was the complete opposite from Saturday and there was glorious sunshine all day and we were out shooting a number of projects, so we took full advantage of the great weather!

One of the ongoing projects is a series of still and video images for our friends at Cullinan Properties. This project took us down to St. Louis and Quincy this past week and the weather was sunny, but very windy! One of the properties that we photographed was the Residences at The Streets of St. Charles. The property is just West of the Missouri River in St. Charles, Mo. and it’s a great set-up. They have condos and then have incorporated shopping as well within the neighborhood. It gives the area a city feeling without all of the hubbub of the big city!

Here’s a series of time-lapse images of the Residences in a nice little YouTube video.

Thanks as always for checking out our work and we hope that you have a great week!!!

Arches National Park Time Lapse

Monday morning Peoria greetings to all of my friends around the globe!!!!

If you’ve known me for any amount of time, you know that my favorite national park is Arches in Moab, Utah. I guess that for someone from the Midwest to see those red rocks and the formations is nothing like we have here with our flat landscape and cornfields! There is just something about that area of the country that calls me to come back again and again and explore all the different areas of the park!!!!

I was able to put together a nice time lapse from the park at three different areas within Arches; Devils Garden, Delicate Arch and the La Sal Mountains.

Here’s also a link for the image on the right of some tracks going through the snow at Arches! Your guess is as good as mine as to what kind of animal makes tracks like these!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a great week to come!!!!

Rio de Janeiro Sunset

Monday morning Peoria greetings to all!!!!

I made it back from my world trip this past Wednesday and four hours later I was on my way to Griffin, Ga. for a shoot on Thursday and Friday! I’m leaving today for a shoot here in the Midwest, so it’s crazy busy and that sure is a wonderful feeling!!!!

Last weekend I was shooting in Rio de Janeiro and one of the things that I wanted to do last year when I was there was to get a night shot of the city! It didn’t happen becuase of time constraints last year, but this time it did! We were able to shoot from the top of Sugarloaf Mountain and it’s a heck of a view of the entire Rio area! If you’re going to go in the future, I can highly recommend it!!!!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a great week to come!!!
