Cat Scan

Cloudy Iowa Monday morning greetings to all,

I’m back in Iowa again this week to shoot some more farming fun!!!!!!!!

I was shooting over at the new Methodist North facility a couple of weeks ago and they have really stepped it up with an incredibly modern and yet serene building. One of my favorite rooms was the CT Scan room and when I first walked in, all I could say was wow! They have added a skylight photo to the room as you’ll see in my snap and I can tell you that it has a very calming effect on your psyche when you’re there!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a calm and wonderful week!

Ranching in Texas

Sunny Iowa Monday morning greetings to all,

I was down in Stevenville, Tx. a week ago on a shoot form my friends at Farmall. We were shooting at the ranches of four time World Champion Bull Rider, Tuff Hedeman and Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame Horseman, Craig Cameron. We meet a lot of very nice people while we were there and also had a lot of great Texas Barbecue as well! Needless to say both ranches were very interesting places to shoot and we got a ton of great shots!

Here’s one of my snaps of Greg quickly bringing some hay to the horses!

I hope that you have a wonderful week and thanks as always for checking out my work!

The faces of farming

Cloudy Peoria Monday morning greetings to all,

I love meeting “real” people! The people involved in farming are real people and hearing their stories and getting to photograph them is always a lot of fun! I was out in Iowa, Illinois and Indiana with my friends at LG Seeds getting customer testimonials and was able to capture some natural moments.

Here’s a few of the farming people from my shoot.

I hope that you have a great week as always and thanks again for checking out my work!

I hope that you have a great week to come and thanks as always for checking out my work!

20 years and a Savannah Slideshow!

Sunny Monday Morning Peoria greetings to all!!!!!

This Thursday is the start of my 21st year in business and to have thought back in 1990 when I started that I’ll still be doing something that I truly love doing is completely amazing to me! Time does indeed fly when you’re having fun!

I’ve put together a slideshow with some of my snaps from my most recent trip to the Savannah, Ga. area a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a great week!!!!!!

Savannah

Sunny Peoria Monday morning greetings to all!

I was down in Savannah, Ga. last week shooting stock photography and that town is a mecca for great architecture and history! It’s going to take weeks for me to go through everything, but it’s going to be a lot of fun!

Thanks as always for checking out my work and I hope that you have a fabulous week!!!!

I got a new sled!

Sunny Monday morning Peoria greetings to all,

I’ve always loved cars, but I’ve never had a “really” nice car, till now! My friends at Green Chevy hooked me up last week with a 2007 Cadillac CTS and I have to tell you I’m pretty darn impressed! My last car was a 1999 Monte Carlo and I ran that puppy into the ground with just short of 200,000 miles.

I think it’s time for a ride!

Thanks as always for checking out my shots and look for me out on the road!!!!!!!

The creative batteries are recharged!

Somewhat sunny Peoria Monday morning greetings to all,

It’s amazing what a week in the desert does for my soul and mind! I got out everyday last week in New Mexico and hiked around and took a ton of nature shots! That’s living in my book!

On the last day, I did a hike at Baylor Canyon and it’s always very encouraging to see warning signs before you start like the hike like this one. I really like the part about death and rattlesnakes!

The seven mile hike was worth it for this spectacular view of the Las Cruces valley below!

Thanks as always and for my friends in Peoria, I brought back some sun and warmer weather for us!!!!
