Cloudy Monday morning greetings from Benson, Mn.!

It was a whirlwind week last week with a shoot in Dale, Wi. all week and then a drive back to Peoria on Friday night and a charity gig for Easter Seals on Saturday night and then a nine plus hour drive to Benson, Mn. on Sunday! I need a nap!

Easter Seals had their annual “Wines on the prairie” charity event this past Saturday night at Weaver Farms in Peoria. As you can see from my snaps, it’s a pretty nice party and it’s all for a very good cause! I heard that they had record attendance and in this economy, that’s amazing!!!! Here’s a few of my snaps from the evening!

Sunny Monday morning Dale, Wi. greetings to all,

I’m up here in Dale,Wi. shooting some more farming stuff this week, so that should be a lot of fun! The weather is supposed to be perfect, so we’re going to get busy and get a lot done!

Here’s a quick shot from another farming shoot that I did last week and this was one of my favorite shots of the farmer out in the soybean field with the grain bins in the background!

Rainy Monday morning Moline greetings to all,

I’m up here in the Quad Cities shooting at the Stoney Creek Inn (http://www.stoneycreekinn.com/) and it’s a pretty darn nice place with a little of that Northwoods lodge feeling. We’ve been working in the studio the past couple of weeks shooting food photography and we’ve got one more week to go! I’ll hopefully be able to share some of the “Stop Motion” commercials that we’ve been working on and they are turning out great!

Cloudy Memphis Tennesse morning greetings to all!

It’s been a great time down here in Memphis for the Memorial Day weekend with lots of great barbeque and blues music on Beale St!

Sometimes on a fun weekend like this with auto racing, cook-outs and getting outside and enjoying the nice weather, we tend to forget why we have three days off and it’s because of a lot of very brave people that gave everything so that we could be free. There are a lot of very brave young men and women that protect us and keep us safe in harms way, let’s not forget them!

Monday afternoon Peoria greetings to all!

With the way that things have been going this year (slow work wise), I never dreamed that I would be getting on a plane for a shoot! Well, it happened and I spent most of last week in Saskatoon, Canada on a shoot! For the most part, the weather was good, but we did get some snow on Thursday and that forced us to shoot indoors!

Here’s a quick snap of Saskatoon and all along the river are some very nice parks with bike and walking paths!

Cloudy Peoria Monday morning greetings to all!

When I was a kid growing up, the 68 Chevy Camaro was the cat’s meow! Even today, I still get a goose bumps when I see one!

I was fortunate to have one in the studio last week and needless to say, they didn’t roll off the assembly line in 1968 looking like this!!!! I also had to snag a snap with it as well!
